Born on March 27, 1983, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Catrina A. Davidson-Shirley is the esteemed daughter of celebrated community leaders Albert W. Davidson and Beverly J. Davidson. From a young age, Dr. Davidson-Shirley was instilled with core values of salvation, integrity, and self-worth, ultimately embracing Christ as her personal savior. As the youngest of seven siblings, she developed an exceptional work ethic, honed her communication skills, and cultivated profound leadership qualities under the guidance of her parents and family.
Dr. Davidson-Shirley’s passion for public service and leadership began at just six years old when she made her debut on a local radio broadcast—an early milestone that ignited a lifelong dedication to community engagement. Throughout her adolescence, she actively volunteered her time, from singing carols for the elderly to offering words of encouragement to her peers. Her innate ability to serve and inspire others led her to address diverse audiences across the United States, sharing her personal journey and empowering individuals of all ages.
A steadfast advocate for personal growth and empowerment, Dr. Davidson-Shirley’s leadership journey continued to flourish in 2002 when she met her husband and started a family, blessed with three children. In 2008, she successfully completed the prestigious Leaders of Righteous Dedication course and earned certification as a leader at Cornerstone Family and Worship Church. She presently serves in numerous influential leadership roles, including as President of Jehovah's Angelic Movement Ministry, Lead Captain of CREW #6 Epic, Sr. Vice President of CYC, Director of Events, and Co-Director of the Children’s Ministry.
In addition to her ministry work, Dr. Davidson-Shirley has made remarkable strides in the vacation ownership industry. With a distinguished 14-year career, she is widely recognized as a Top Showcase Speaker. Her incredible performance generates over $15 million in monthly revenue, earning her the honor of becoming the first African American woman named Grand Ambassador in the industry. Dr. Davidson-Shirley has been recognized with more than 1,000 awards, further cementing her reputation as a trailblazer and industry leader.
In 2018, Dr. Davidson-Shirley was hand-selected by the Vice President of Sales to participate in an exclusive leadership program, which proved to be a transformative step in her career. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Executive Leadership and Christian Entrepreneurship and has since dedicated herself to mentoring, coaching, and empowering individuals across the globe.
